DIRECTIONS: Apply a small amount, one to three times a day, either on the chest, on the solar plexus, on the head, behind the ears, inside the wrists, on the sole of your feet or along the spine.

WARNING: EXTERNAL USE ONLY, FOR PEOPLE 14 YEARS+. The amount of citrus oils may increase photo-sensitivity; do not expose treated areas to the sun for 4 hours after application. Do not apply around eyes, inside ears, on open wounds & on mucous membranes. Avoid using if you are pregnant or breast-feeding. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. In case of intolerance, allergy or any undesirable reaction, avoid further use.
