What is your method of payment?

— Orders can be paid using a credit card or PayPal

How are the sales taxes calculated?

— Sales taxes are calculated based on the Canadian province the client is from and where the products will be sent. For orders from US or Europe, there are no taxes.

How much cost the shipping?

— Shipping is free for orders over $150 from Canada, $200 from US
and $400 from Europe or Asia.

What is your exchange / return policy?

— If there is a mistake in your order or there is something broken, please, give us a call within 10 business days.
No claims will be accepted after that period.

What is the shelf life of the essential oil sprays and flower essenses?

— The shelf life of all our products is 5 years.

How to store your essential oil sprays and flower essenses?

— They should be placed away from direct sunlight, in a dry, cool place at room temperature (15°C – 30°C).

Are essential oils edible?

— We would recommend NOT to consume or lick them.

Can pregnant or nursing women use essential oil blends or roll-ons?

— The majority of essential oils are forbidden during pregnancy, because they can affect the breast milk.
We do not advise pregnant or nursing women to use them.

Do I have to do a test before using a product, containing an essential oil ?

— It’s always best to do a test before using an essential oil blend or roll-on.
Apply a smallest amount from a roll on or a drop of the blend on the inside of your wrist. If your skin does not become irritated or red in an hour, you can safely use the essential oil; otherwise you should stop using it immediately.

Can essential oils blends be used on cats or dogs?

— We would not recommend that, since dogs and especially cats are much more sensitive to smell than people.
